Store Policy & Payment Information

At PRIYNT, we are committed to providing a smooth, transparent, and reliable ordering experience. Please review our policies below before placing an order.

Ordering Policy

All products offered by PRIYNT are custom-made based on customer specifications, artwork, designs, logos, photographs, or customization requests.

To begin processing an order, customers must provide:

  • Product selection

  • Quantity required

  • Artwork, logo, or design files

  • Delivery location

  • Desired delivery timeline

Production will commence only after design approval and payment confirmation, as applicable.

Customization & Artwork Approval

Before production begins, a digital proof may be shared for customer review and approval.

Customers are responsible for verifying:

  • Design layout

  • Text content

  • Colors

  • Dimensions

  • Contact information

  • Logos and artwork

Once approval is received, PRIYNT will proceed with production. Changes requested after approval may result in additional costs and revised delivery timelines.

Pricing Policy

All quotations are based on:

  • Product type

  • Quantity ordered

  • Customization requirements

  • Packaging requirements

  • Shipping destination

  • Delivery timeline

Prices quoted are valid for the period specified in the quotation and may be revised if project requirements change.

Payment Policy

  • PRIYNT operates primarily on a quotation and invoice-based ordering process.

  • How Payment Works

  • Customer submits an inquiry.

  • PRIYNT shares a customized quotation.

  • Upon confirmation, an invoice is generated.

  • Payment details are shared along with the invoice.

  • Production begins after payment confirmation.

  • Accepted Payment Methods

  • We currently accept:

  • UPI Payments

  • Bank Transfers (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS)

  • Direct Account Transfers

  • International Bank Transfers (for overseas orders, where applicable)

  • Payment instructions and account details will be provided on the official invoice issued by PRIYNT.

  • Please do not make payments to any account or UPI ID unless it is mentioned on an official PRIYNT invoice.

Intellectual Property, Copyright & Trademark Policy

  • PRIYNT operates as a custom manufacturing and printing service provider. We produce products based solely on the artwork, designs, logos, photographs, trademarks, text, and other content supplied by our customers.

  • By placing an order, the customer represents and warrants that they own, have obtained, or otherwise possess all necessary rights, permissions, licenses, and authorizations required to use, reproduce, distribute, and print the submitted content.

  • PRIYNT does not independently verify, investigate, monitor, or determine ownership of any copyright, trademark, design right, patent, personality right, intellectual property right, or other proprietary right associated with customer-submitted content.

  • The customer acknowledges and agrees that:

  • PRIYNT is not responsible for conducting intellectual property, trademark, copyright, or legal clearance checks on submitted artwork or designs.

  • PRIYNT relies entirely on the customer's representation that they possess the necessary rights to use the submitted content.

  • PRIYNT shall not be liable for any claims, disputes, damages, penalties, losses, legal actions, or expenses arising from the unauthorized use of copyrighted materials, trademarks, logos, photographs, designs, or other protected content supplied by the customer.

  • The customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PRIYNT, its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners against any claims, demands, liabilities, costs, or legal proceedings resulting from content provided by the customer.

  • PRIYNT reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, suspend, or cancel any order that appears to contain unlawful, offensive, infringing, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate content.

  • By submitting artwork and placing an order, the customer confirms that they have the legal authority to reproduce and use all materials provided to PRIYNT for production purposes.

Privacy & Customer Information

  • Customer information is used solely for:

  • Order processing

  • Production

  • Shipping

  • Customer support

  • PRIYNT does not sell or share customer information with third parties except where required for order fulfillment, logistics, or legal compliance.
